To make such assistance available to the members of public at large and specially to to those who need such assistance due to their poverty, age, dissolvent, social & economic circumstances, the facilities shall be made available in the interest of social welfare & public benefit
To work for betterment of infrastructure facilities like education, health & recreational facilities for the residents of the association
To provide assistance to poor & needy students for different fields like music, dance & other extracurricular activities

To establish & equip Reading Rooms & Liabraries for Members & students of the institution & also provide educational equipments & scolarships to deserving students
To print & publish books, magazines & pamphlets or other literature in the field of education
To grant scolarships, stipends or concessions to the students of the schools and institutions conducted by the association

We will celebrate Utkal Divas (1st April), 15th August, 26th January, 2nd October & traditional occasions. To celebrate Indian relegious & national festival & also arrange Natak (drama) for the developemnt of childrens' stage courage

To establish temporary/permanent and/or mobile centers of education in the field of literacy, self awareness development, self employment, conservation of natural resource, optimum utilization of water, afforestation & environment
